Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements are only applicable if the product is damaged during shipping.
To claim a replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.
Return Shipping Charges
If a return is approved for replacement, the product must be sent back to us.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Claim Process
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and unboxing video proof.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement if eligible.
Important Notes
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered damage.
Normal wear and tear or damage after use is not eligible for replacement.
